To help your pet feel as comfortable and settled as possible during their stay, we recommend bringing their usual food, a favourite toy, and a comfort blanket or bedding that smells like home.

At Prime Pet Hub, cuddles, enrichment, walks, love, and treats are all part of the experience and provided by our team as standard. If there is anything additional you would like your pet to have with them, you are more than welcome to bring it along — we want every pet to feel safe, relaxed, and cared for in a way that suits their individual needs.

Our team is trained in Animal First Aid and is equipped to respond quickly and calmly should an emergency arise whilst your pet is in our care.In the event that veterinary treatment is required, we will always attempt to contact your registered vet first. If they are unavailable or cannot be reached, we will seek immediate support from our trusted veterinary partners to ensure your pet receives the appropriate care without delay.At Prime Pet Hub, we believe in Care Without Compromise, giving owners complete peace of mind whilst their pets are with us.
