OUR STORY

More than a pet business. A working farm.

Nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside at Kings Langley, the Prime Pet Hub farm is where our love of animals goes beyond dogs and grooming tables. We share our land with a wonderful community of creatures — from rare Valais Blacknose Sheep (Walliser Schwarznasenschaf), native to the Swiss Alps, to curious Alpacas, Flemish Giant Rabbits, free-range chickens and sociable goats.

The farm reflects everything we believe in: that every animal deserves space, respect, and genuine care. It's also where many of our boarding dogs get to experience countryside enrichment — walks through open land, fresh air, and the kind of calm that only a farm setting can provide.

Our farm family

Five species, one ethos — Care Without Compromise applies to every animal on our land.

RARE SWISS BREED

Valais Blacknose Sheep

Widely regarded as the world's most beautiful sheep, the Valais Blacknose — or Walliser Schwarznasenschaf — is a rare breed native to the Valais region of the Swiss Alps, where it has been kept for centuries in the high mountain pastures. Distinguished by their thick, curly white fleece and striking black markings on the nose, ears, eyes, knees and feet, our flock are truly the stars of the farm. Incredibly gentle and inquisitive, each one has their own personality and they adore human company.
